In life you never know when you start a new chapter, it just sort of happens. When you look back the signs are obvious but when in the moment they come at in different forms and it takes something huge for you to actually realize it.
The chapter the author is writing now is dragging out a little too long. Too many ‘plot’ changes and too few of them being positive ones are starting to take it’s toll on the tale of life, threatening to damage how the rest of the story plays out.
The author can’t just end this chapter and turn the page to start anew, it’s going to take a few pages of strategy and precise details to ease into it. That’s where the author is usually stuck … planning and details being a downfall. Always willing and able to set out the plan but never being able to follow through with them. He gets lazy. Distracted by the mundane and breaking any sort of routine that was in place. This plaques him greatly …
There is something though … something that tells him he needs to break free of the past failures, tragedies and loss and remember back to chapter that made sense. Being out of his element … a new element … a fresh element. That sense of not knowing what is around the next corner when walking down the street is gone. To get that feeling back this author must pull himself together and do what is needed to move forward. The battle is worth it in the long run.
So he goes, the self proclaimed hero off to fight a battle with his writer’s block … lose the battle, lose the author.
